  • To initiate a remote session with us, kindly download the following APP:
  • Once the file is available on your computer, run the APP
  • You will be asked to provide your name and email address
  • Then wait until the Session code pops up in TeamViewer
  • At this point a message is sent to us and we will be able to connect

If this is being done during working hours, a Baystream Engineer will respond within minutes. If you do not get a response in a timely manner, it means we are either too busy or away, but as soon as someone is available, we will contact you, using the contact information that you provided above.

Another option, is for you to open a support ticket with us, by sending an email with the problem description to support@baymain.com.
